Meet Cass

Cass

I'm Cass. I'm passionate about the different and individualized ways we can each find our path to personal peace. I have been a student of meditation through breath and movement since 2016, with personal experience of the profound connection that comes from a consistent practice. I have lived experience of working through nutrition plans to find the one that suits me best. I know how difficult it can be to sort through research and current trends to find a place of peace in the daily routine. For over 10 years, I have been studying the intricacies of food, movement, and mindfulness as whole-body healing modalities. These are some of the many life experiences that have led me to become a certified yoga instructor, nutrition coach, and wellness guide.

I understand first-hand how the noise of our daily lives can dull our intuition, and I strive to bring each of my clients back to their connection with Self. I do this through embodied movement practices such as yoga and primal movement, through mindful living practices such as mediation, and through food, using it as a healing modality and not a reward system.

Approaching each client as a whole fuels my coaching, whether we focus on one segment or a holistic whole-body approach. Wellness and joy are within reach for every one of us, we just need to know how to start. I share often that one of my superpowers is to find joy in the mundane and ordinary - there is awe surrounding us and I bring that intention into every client session.

About Everyday Cass

Wanting to shift deeper into intentional living, I have spent years studying nutrition, mindful living, and implementing holistic wellness practices into my own life. I guide others to do so with real lived experience in making big whole-body lifestyle changes.

In yoga classes, I sequence flows to focus on the student connecting with their inner wisdom. To have each student recognize and trust that they are the experts of their own body and breath. I appreciate the ability to "play" on the mat, often incorporating smiling and laughing to assist in relaxing into a shape or posture. I teach with an inclusive style, designed to benefit all bodies and ages. Each sequence, just like each student, is unique and allows for individuals to choose what suits them best.

In mindful living sessions, I bring focus on the concept of mindfulness as it relates to the client. Together we will map out what habits and lifestyle features to incorporate and how to do so in a reasonable manner. Lifestyle change and stress reduction occurs bit by bit, with consistency and manageable actions. I reduce the intimidation barrier of new trends and fads, to bring to light what each client truly wants to get from each session and ultimately for their lifestyle.

In nutrition coaching sessions, I break down the challenges stopping each client from their goals. No matter the season of life you're in, we can find foods and routines that bring you daily to your nutrition goals. With a focus of food as medicine, we will build a plan together to help reduce symptoms, heal gut biome, and incorporate healthy food relationships as we go.

In wellness coaching sessions, I zoom out to look at your lifestyle as a whole. Together we will build a plan of actionable items to shift habits, build sustainability, and bring quiet to the noise around you. Whether you are going through a life transition, a career shift, or looking to build the next version of You, we'll do it together with care.
